HR Performance Issues and Motivation

The job of a manager in the workplace is to get things completed through the employees. The manager should motivate their employees. In personal and professional aspects of life performance and motivation works together. Motivation is the force that starts and stops behavior within people. Issues are highlighted using a contemporary approach of Human Resource Management. There are symptoms such as increased labor turnover, increased disputes, conflicts, and declining productivity. Personalities, working conditions, efficiency, and tardiness are factors that pose a threat to the performance of managers/employees.
Human side of an organization in this day and time is a paramount importance for an organizations success. The increase of diversification of education, background, and experiences has made it difficult for managers to find the best person for the job. In order to understand motivation a person must learn how to understand human nature. Business owner’s focus to build a business with the workplace trained to serve customers in all different ways. Employees that do their best on their jobs will positively affect the organization’s performance. Employees that did not perform their best on their job will create gaps in the performance of the organization.
Motivation is the combination a person’s desire that is directed at achieving a goal. Employees know how to perform their job duties correctly, but some of them choose not to for whatever reason. When this happens this often means that there are motivational issues present. Motivational problems can arrive from several things such as but not limited too; family issues, conflicts with personalities, as well as lack of understanding how emotions and behaviors affect the other person.
